Philosophy

Essentially over the years I've developed the belief that at the essence of good therapy is learning to know and accept the kind of person you are and the kind of people who are around you and then working out your issues within a more realistic view of the world. I also think it's important to understand the strengthening and ennobling aspects of human struggle. None of us is immune from pain in life, but there is much to be gained in facing it in a way that allows you to develop your self-respect.
