RATES AND INSURANCE
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits plan. Please contact your service provider to determine the type of coverage, deductable, number of sessions covered, coverage amount and requirements need to access this service.

PAYMENT
Cash or cheque payable prior to session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Twenty-four hour notice of the cancellation of your appointment is required. If you do not attend your scheduled session and/or you have not provided at least 24 hours notice of cancelling your session, you will be required to pay for the missed session.
